MaMomMama

For moms learning to choose themselves, too.

Our Mission

MaMomMama exists to support mamas who are carrying invisible emotional weight while feeling pressured to “hold it together” alone. Our mission is to create intentional spaces where moms can exhale, feel supported without judgment, reconnect with themselves, and be reminded that their needs matter too.

We are committed to helping mothers feel less isolated, more grounded, and more connected—to themselves, their families, and their communities. We believe that when moms are supported emotionally and socially—not just clinically—they are better able to move through motherhood with resilience, balance, and a stronger sense of self.

Meet the Founder

Drew Richard is a marriage and family therapist associate specializing in motherhood, maternal wellness advocate, and mommy of three. Through both professional expertise and lived experience, she recognized a deep need for intentional community, culturally responsive care, and accessible maternal mental health support.

Alongside clinical gaps, she saw an often-overlooked need: mothers longing for connection, friendship, and spaces where they can exist beyond caregiving roles while rebuilding identity through every stage of motherhood.

MaMomMama was created to meet that need—offering compassionate mental health support, community events, support groups, and resources that honor the full experience of motherhood and womanhood. Drew’s work centers connection, emotional wellness, and the belief that mothers deserve support not only in crisis, but throughout every stage and version.

Our Values

  • We believe motherhood is not meant to be done alone, and community is essential to well-being.

  • We honor the full emotional, mental, physical, social, and spiritual spectrum of motherhood.

  • We support mothers in maintaining and rediscovering who they are beyond caregiving roles.

  • We recognize that there is not one way navigate life transitions. We respect all paths into and through motherhood.
