FREE Support Groups
Still Me, Still Mom Support Group
A supportive space where we explore the emotional realities of motherhood, the loss and rediscovery of self, and the process of learning to love yourself as you are beyond caregiving roles. This group focuses on redefining identity, relearning yourself through life transitions, and rebuilding self-compassion in seasons that may feel overwhelming, isolating, or unfamiliar. For Moms 12 weeks postpartum and beyond.
The Early Mamahood Support Group
For those navigating the ongoing physical, mental, emotional, and social changes of motherhood in pregnancy through early motherhood. This group aims to help mamas better understand what they’re experiencing, feel supported in the constant transitions, while helping moms move away from perfectionism and unrealistic expectations. For Moms currently expecting to 8 weeks postpartum.
